I noticed a leak in our hot water heater around noon. When we got home in the evening, it was still leaking. Realizing we needed it to be fixed asap, we called a few different places. I figured Goettl would be expensive but I just needed it fixed. Agent said he would be out in a hour or so. Jaren showed up in 30 minutes. He took the time to show me how to shut off the water and what it could possibly be. In an hour he had it taken care of. The price was fair and the customer service excellent. I highly recommend Goettl for all your Air Conditioning and Plumbing needs. I needed a sewer line replaced because the home that my wife and I live in is an older house built around early to mid 80's and many of the fixtures need a replacment. I called Goettl and on the same day they advised me what it would take to fix the problem. What I like about Goettle generally and Ryan specifically, is that they are very transparent about what they were going to do and what to expect while the crew was replacing the line. There was never any ambiguity about the cost, time and outcome of the project.

Jeff was amazing. We just moved into our 35 year old home and our sink backed up. Jeff was very polite and professional. Care for our home with booties on his shoes and towels laid down to prevent messes. He put a snake and camera down our pipes and found that there was a massive grease blockage. Showed me the camera and explained what I was looking at. Took his time and made sure I understood. We’ve been Goettl customers for years and have always appreciated their service, but Kevin Edwards truly raised the bar. During his visit yesterday, Kevin showed outstanding attention to detail and technical expertise. He thoroughly inspected every part of our HVAC system, documenting his findings with photos and clearly explaining issues that had gone unnoticed through several previous service visits.

Kevin discovered that our HVAC system had been improperly installed when the home was built—something no other technician had identified. For months, several technicians tried to identify the issue with my air conditioning unit, but no one could solve it. I would always hear their commercials on the radio about the company name being hard to spell - it just sort of stuck in my head I guess. Then one morning, everyone in the house is complaining that there wasn't any hot water. I went in to check on the water heater - only to find it was flooding everywhere - coming out of the top. Some type of valve had failed and it was a mess. I remembered that hard-to-spell company name and decided to give them a shot.

To my surprise, the rep came out within a hour or so - that same morning. He educated me on a few tips - like not needing to shut off the water to the entire house in a situation like this - and a few other tips, but as for the water heater - it was toast and already beyond the warranty it had.

There was zero sales pressure for a specific water heater - and instead, he spent quite a bit of time with my wife and I going over the many different options they had for replacing one.

Once again to my surprise, after we picked one - he was already on the phone with a crew and the installation was set for that same day - no extra charges for an emergency situation or anything like that. The crew came out a couple hours later and they, too, were very polite and professional - discussing everything with me before they started touching anything. There was some additional work that had to be done because of the allignment of my exhaust piping - but they all stayed there for the rest of the day - making sure the system was installed that very same day as promised.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their customer service, installation, and products. The entire team has been lovely.

Turned out my outside A/C circuit breaker had tripped presumably due to age or overheating. We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

My service technician today was Angel Rodriguez. He was wonderful! I am a member of Goettl‘s monitoring service and I pay a monthly fee of $19.95. I’m not very computer savvy so I wasn’t using the app that all the in-house sensors connect to. Angel explained things to me and showed me how to do it online so now I understand what all these sensors are doing in the house and what they can tell me and help me with as far as troubleshooting any problems before they occur. . My system is new this spring from Goettl and the condensation drain pipe hasn’t been putting out much water all summer. I’m used to water coming out of these pipes so I asked Angel to check it and he did by pouring some water through it and it was flowing fine on the other end. Angel explained that when the system is new, it just doesn’t have that much condensation to drain. Also the heater needed some adjusting to work properly and Angel knew what he was doing and fixed everything so everything works properly now as far as air conditioning and heating. Angel inspected the ductwork in the attic and pointed out some issues that I should address whether it’s on my own or hiring Goettle to do the work. Angel put no pressure on me to have his company do the work. I can’t say enough good things about this man. Very professional and knowledgeable. I hope to have him be my technician anytime I need somebody coming out to perform maintenance or fix my system. Thank you, Angel Rodriguez!

By the way, the heater and a/c have work to perfection and are both very quiet

Had several problems but Stanley was very knowledgeable and informed us of all decisions and you could tell he just lived his job. It was a pricey fix and I respected Stanley more for being situationally aware that my wife and I needed to talk in private. He informed us, gave space and time to decide, and ultimately helped us out with the repairs. Others in management were very helpful too. Overall great experience

Russ Sapp came yesterday 8/18/25. He was prompt, very courteous, explained what he was doing with taking pictures of our AC unit and what areas of the AC unit needed attention. He didn’t rush. He spent time answering our many questions. He gave us options and gave us price quotes on the spot for each service we had asked about or that he suggested. He had a sense of humor as I said to him “I take it Sadie approved of you?” I took that from the commercials saying if Sadie doesn’t like the person, they’re not hired. I’d ask for Russ again. We have had Goettl of Tucson service for about a year and thank goodness we had them to call when our AC failed and had a condensation leak in the attic . Goettl sent ROBERT out right away. Bobby Smith is great at explaining the options I have with my AC and Heater. He also let me know about the maintenance plan which is going to be great for me so I can always keep up to date with the AC and the heater. Also I didn't know that you did plumbing and he said I could get plumbing work done too so I am going to do that right away. I liked the photos that were taken to explain the situation on where I am at with the unit. All in all it was the best technician experience I have had since becoming a home owner in 2010. I would highly recommend Geottl and Bobby to anyone because of getting things right the first time, going out of his way to help, following up and keeping promises, and great product and technical knowledge. I'm not super informed on my home machines so it is comforting to be in good hands.
