Douglas was thorough and checked for leaks. We found that the issue was a main water break. He was unable to check my water heater since the water in it drained without any water pressure. He unplugged my water heater to avoid damage to the elements. He also suggested To leave the hot water valve open, once the water came back on. Water returned after midnight. I allowed the tank to fill and plugged it back in. I had hot water this morning.

Jesus Gloria was very professional in explaining how the air condition was working. He pointed out that the unit was performing well but not at a 100%. We discussed several repairs that would bring it to 100%. We also discussed the duct work and possible cleaning options. Adam was great. He listened to my concerns and replaced the pressure valve and adjusted it again before he left. I had called another company to diagnose and fix it before this snd got a blank stare and got blown off. They said pressure was fine. I was steaming. I have used this company in the past. Each time has been quite a pleasure. The last technician was Adrian Silva. He was very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this company and their technicians.

Everything was highly professional, we had a guy originally come out and bring a temporary cooling unit for our bedroom as our house was without an air conditioner. We made the decision to go and replace the whole system, including the heating system.

Goettl sent out three guys who worked all day to remove our old systems and put in the new systems. Not easy work, especially up in the attic here in Vegas, where it’s very warm.

They were just phenomenal. Definitely worked beyond the timeframe to make sure everything was working correctly. Even spent some more extra time working out the drainage from the system going out the wrong pipe. Solved the problem.

We are highly impressed and will definitely keep you guys in mind for the future!! if I could give more than five stars I would.

They sent out Alberto, who was very knowledgeable and highly professional. He came out for a free maintenance.

We are strongly, considering replacing our ductwork now as the original ductwork from the house is still in place and not doing too well……

Chris came to review my plumbing and flush the water heater as one of Goettl's home service. Chris was was prompt, courteous, and explained each part of the process. Highly recommend Goettl!

Having your AC unit go out in July is not much fun. I called several companies and could not get someone soon enough until I called Goettl AC and Plumbing. They gave me a three hour timeframe and I must’ve been first on their list because they came early. The technician was Brendon Tracy. He let me know exactly what the cost would be And what needed to be done before he actually did the work which I was so appreciative of. During a hot weather spell my air conditioning system began tripping the circuit breaker on the main house panel. After reading the reviews and BBB status, I called Goettl Air Conditioning during a weekend. They dispatched Technician Jef Eusepi.
